Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across Singapore’s startup and innovation ecosystem, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Action Community for Entrepreneurship, working with SGInnovate on deep-tech ecosystem initiatives, and founding Accrete Innovation, a platform focused on market access, venture development, ecosystem intelligence, and new growth initiatives.

At Mandai Wildlife Group, I have been involved in enterprise transformation, open innovation, living lab initiatives, process improvement, AI adoption, robotics exploration, and organisational capability building. Much of my work connects innovation strategy with real operating environments, where ideas must be tested against practical constraints, user behaviour, safety, operations, and scale-readiness.
